  • Carrots1/4 pc
  • Bell pepper1/4 pc
  • Wood ear mushroom4 oz
  • Onion1/4 pc
  • Green onion1 bunch
  • Bulgogi6 oz
  • Garlic1 tbsp
  • Sugar5 tbsp
  • Soy sauce10 tbsp
  • Glass noodles6 oz
  • Shiitake mushrooms5 pcs
  • Sesame oil 1 tbsp
  • Sesame seeds1 tbsp

Recipe

step 1

1. Soak the glass noodles in warm water for about 10 minutes.

2. Slice carrots, bell peppers, onion, green onion, and mushrooms into thin strips.

3. Stir-fry bulgogi until cooked and set aside.

4. Stir-fry carrots, bell peppers, onion, and mushrooms until slightly softened.

5. Cook the glass noodles in boiling water, then drain.

6. In a large bowl, add the drained noodles, cooked bulgogi, and veggies.

7. Add the sauce (garlic, soy sauce, and sugar) and mix everything together

8. Finish with sesame oil and sesame seeds.
