Handmade Korean dumplings are filled with seasoned meat and vegetables. Soft, savory, and comforting, they’re delicious steamed, boiled, or pan-fried.

Ingredients
  • Ground pork1 cup
  • Korean Chive1 cup
  • Green onion1 cup
  • Ground ginger2 tbsp
  • Oyster sauce2 tbsp
  • Soy sauce2.5 tbsp
  • Sugar1 tbsp
  • Sesame oil1/2 tbsp
  • Ground garlic1 tbsp
  • Dumpling skins

Recipe

1. Cut the chives and green onion into small pieces.

2. Mix ground pork with the chopped chives and green onion.
