Ingredients
  • Somen noodles8 oz
  • Coin seasoning2 packs
  • Zucchini1/4 pc
  • Carrot1/4 pc
  • Egg1 pc
  • Green onions2 bunches
  • Soy sauce2 tbsp
  • Sauce Ingredients:
  • Soy sauce4 tbsp
  • Gochugaru1 tbsp
  • Plum syrup1 tbsp
  • Sesame oil1 tbsp
  • Sesame seeds1 tbsp
  • Chopped jalapeno1 tbsp
  • Chopped green onion1 tbsp
  • Garlic1/2 tbsp

Recipe

step 1

1. Slice zucchini, carrot, and green onions into thin strips. Saute lightly until just softened. Make egg sheets in a pan, then slice into thin strips.

2. Prepare the broth by boiling water with coin seasoning and soy sauce.

3. In a bowl, mix all sauce ingredients well and set aside.

4. Cook somen noodles according to package instructions, then rinse under cold water and drain well.

5. Place noodles in a bowl, top with sauteed vegetables and egg strips, and pour hot broth over the noodles.

6. Serve with the sauce on the side or spooned on top, to taste.
