Sujebi is a traditional Korean soup made with hand-torn dough simmered in a savory broth. Chewy noodles and warm flavors make this dish a comforting favorite, especially on cold winter days.

Ingredients
  • All-purpose flour3 cups
  • Water1 cup
  • Salt1/2 tbsp
  • Onion1/4 pc
  • Zucchini1/4 pc
  • Carrot1/4 pc
  • Garlic1/2 tbsp
  • Soy sauce2 tbsp
  • Coin Seasoning2 packs

Recipe

step 1

1. Mix flour, water, and salt to make a dough.

2. Cover and rest the dough in the refrigerator for about 30min to 1 hour.

3. Cut all vegetables into bite-sized pieces.

4. In a pot, bring water to a boil and season with soy sauce and coin seasoning to make the broth.

5. Add the vegetables and cook until slightly softened.

step 6

6. Tear the dough by hand into bite-sized pieces and add directly into the boiling broth.

7. Cook until the dough pieces float and are fully cooked through.
