Sujebi is a traditional Korean soup made with hand-torn dough simmered in a savory broth. Chewy noodles and warm flavors make this dish a comforting favorite, especially on cold winter days.

1. Mix flour, water, and salt to make a dough.

2. Cover and rest the dough in the refrigerator for about 30min to 1 hour.

3. Cut all vegetables into bite-sized pieces.

4. In a pot, bring water to a boil and season with soy sauce and coin seasoning to make the broth.

5. Add the vegetables and cook until slightly softened.

6. Tear the dough by hand into bite-sized pieces and add directly into the boiling broth.

7. Cook until the dough pieces float and are fully cooked through.
