Spicy Soft Tofu Stew features silky tofu simmered in a bold, spicy broth. Warm, savory, and deeply satisfying, it delivers warmth and depth in every spoonful.

1. Slice onion, zucchini, and jalapeno. Chop green onion.

2. In a bowl, mix sesame oil, chili flakes, sugar, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and garlic.

3. Heat a pot over medium heat. Add the sauce and saute briefly until fragrant, then add seafood mix and cook lightly.

4. Add 2 cups of water and bring to a boil.

5. Once seafood is almost cooked, add zucchini, jalapeno, and onion. Simmer for a few minutes.

6. Gently add soft tofu in large chunks and bring to a gentle boil.

7. Crack an egg into the stew and cook to your preference.
